You can get away with not doing a lot of work

The job is very boring. You do a lot of meaningless tasks

The start pay is great. I worked there for three years and looooveeeee my old coworkers specifically the reauth department. Very positive work environment but compliance is lazy and you’ll be picking up their slack often. They’re very very flexible with adjusting your schedule and honestly it’s not that often they fire people. You have to be horrendous or exhaust multiple opportunities for them to terminate.

Redundant over time Compliance team is lazy Training is decent but still a lot to learn so you have to pay attention to detail and ASK QUESTIONS.
