I've already had opportunities to take on new challenges that stretched my skills in ways I didn't expect this early in my tenure.

The pace of innovation is fast, which is exciting, but it does mean you need to be comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly. If you prefer a highly structured, slow-moving environment this might feel like a stretch at first. For me personally it's been energizing, but it's worth setting that expectation.
