SRI Executive Response
4yThank you for sharing your feedback with us.
SRI Executive is proud to be a small business, where our global team can work closely and collaboratively together. While we are small in size, we are constantly working to be a world-class employer and provide great opportunities for our employees. We were therefore disappointed to read your review.
The Management Team are working to ensure that our employees have greater visibility of the extensive management that goes on behind-the-scenes. We are committed to transparency and share weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, business strategy updates and other items that will impact the staff. Through this, we aim to provide transparency and an opportunity for employees to feedback on the business/operational direction. This will continue to be an area of focus for us.
We take your comment on race and gender discrimination extremely seriously. SRI Executive does not tolerate discrimination of any kind, so this is very concerning for us. We are proud to have a team in which the majority are female, up to the most senior levels of our organisation, and where 60% are from developing countries. We are constantly working to improve our equity, diversity, and inclusion, and we acknowledge how much work we still have to do. We are in the process of appointing a DEI expert to support us on our ongoing journey towards greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We would really appreciate it if you might be willing to share your experience with a member of our team so that it may be properly investigated. We are not currently aware of instances of discrimination, and as we do not have a presence in Beijing, we are unable to investigate this further. If you are happy to share your experiences, please reach out to contact@sri-executive.com or a member of the Management Team to explore this.
Thank you again. We wish you the very best in your career.
