Pros
Fast paced environment, ability to buy very aggressive stock in the company, good benefits and 401k, lots of hands on learning, lots of locations in case you need to relocate, and as long as you are hitting budget, you can manage your branch as if it were your own business.
Cons
Definitely a sink or swim company with all positions which you can consider good or bad. If you are not willing to relocate, you can still move up but it just takes a bit longer. With the rapid growth, it seems like the infrastructure of corporate ( AP, IT, Credit, HR, and Fleet/Safety ) are always trying to play catch up but it really is a game of chicken or the egg. Once we grow you can see corporate adapting and strategically adding new players in the office.
