Pros

Pay can be good, if you have the right management team looking out for you.

Having worked at 4 different branches - I can easily say that your experience at SRS will solely depend on which branch you go to. Outside of the houston area: work environment was great, support was there, management was easy to work with and learn from, and going to work is enjoyable. Houston/spring has a terrible support system. Management has their favorites, and do quite a few shady things under the radar to look out for only themselves and their favorites. If you aren’t very experienced, it would be difficult to catch on to the way they work - if you start getting traction with a potential big customer, they can pull that from you and hand all of your progress to a favorite/family friend that they may have just hired. The money can be great, just be vigilant and always watch your back.

Pros

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
