Pros
friendly and helping colleague. Has a good Upper Level Management.
Cons
Less salary, long working hours (12 Hours). Doesn't recommend to an MBA Graduate because as a Management Trainee, you have to do the same task which 10th, or 12th pass employees Do. Basically their is no difference between An RE and MT. Your growth in a company depends on how big sycophants you are rather than your ability.
