Learned the ins and outs of how insurance companies screw their members to prevent it from happening to me ever again.
Cons
Trainers are not providing accurate information, not very interested in being provided the correct info, and won't update staff w correct info. Attendance policy is horrible & leaves no room for people w kids or any kind of health issues. You can request time off, but don't hold your breath on actually being able to be approved for it. SSM being in charge now also does nothing but hamper any possibility for improvement. Providing actual customer service is really not a priority, hitting metrics is. Took a pay cut to try w company, and it was the dumbest decision ever. Not competitive pay, don't let them try to say it is.
