Pros

There's a chance for growth but the basic pay is $400 working from 11am-9pm

Cons

They are not clear when they interview you. Offer a dream job but it's a door to door sales job

Pros

A lot of team building within a customer service sector. Face to Face branding for large Fortune 500 clients. Great pride within the team to excel in all avenues. Great development opportunities.

Cons

Some people don't want to advance and take on responsibility. But they do build your confidence to do so. So progression is available if you do want it.

Pros

Pros about the company is the opportunity that’s given to you, however, it’s only yours if you’re willing to work for it. They give you skills and guidance to excel and grow as an individual. Unlike, corporate America promotions of based on self performance rather than years of experience . Personally , I thought this aligned more with me than waiting for someone else to make the decision that I was ready to be promoted . Instead I make the choice myself. There’s a lot of information given to help you get better in the position you’re in and the staff are super friends and transparent

Cons

The cons about this job is the hours - but then again hard work isn’t going to come around and just find you . It’s something you do for yourself .
