I worked at BBR Services for just over a year and I loved it! The working environment is great and very relaxed, whilst remaining professional. I must admit, it isn't cut throat like I have heard with other agencies. If you find you are struggling they will mentor you to get you onto the correct track. Targets are achievable and not impossible to reach and If you fall below you have a monthly review anyway and you have the chance to see where you have went wrong and what you can do to avoid it again. Other great benefits is you have great nights out, you get a complimentary lunch paid for every Friday just for working there.

The job role is target driven so this can be stressful at times. Sometimes you may find you will want to stay longer at the end of the day to get things wrapped up. This is optional of course but it can benefit you financially.

The team and atmosphere in the office- it feels like you are going to work with your friends every day! Going in to this role with no previous experience in the construction industry the team were very supportive in coaching and giving advice. Working hours 8-5 Monday to Friday, good for work life balance Sales driven environment- constantly busy speaking with clients and candidates. Building relationships- good for someone social Freedom to do site visits and meet with candidates.
