Small team and fairly static from a problem perspective. However the problem domain was deep and interesting. Still a lot of untapped potential in energy management generally

Great (and perhaps overused) application of procedures and ISO standards.

From what I understand STC Energy has now been taken over by another company - which can only be a good thing. I worked here for a few years and it was genuinely a miserable experience. Staff are discouraged to show any sign of personality, management is overbearing, nepotism and favouritism is blatant and overall lacks a healthy office atmosphere. The work itself is fine, can be a bit tricky at times (as expected) but the salary does not reflect the amount of specialist knowledge and work required of an Account Manager. No room for growth.
