I am not going to lose my dignity to give any pros. Only one is a lot of PTO and WFH.
Cons
Gosh, I'd need 3 pages. This company is not a product company they are a state agency vendor that tracks how many people get flu shots etc. They have a few state agencies on the grand scale of things. they have a couple offshore account too. Couple other non state agencies account. They will take 1 step forward and 3 steps back. Worst leadership I have ever see they have no clue how to develop software or prodcut. They talk a great culture. Drink the cool-aid and you will do fine , dont and you will be forced out. I have one friend I wont say what department who is at odds with a manager. He is getting harassed. Their open door means we will open it and push you out. Just don't unless you want to work on legacy products, legacy code, and fix bugs all day. You will create nothing don't waste your degree. YOUR BRAIN WILL SHRINK.
