      Pros

      Some of the best things about STEM are the teachers, co-workers and its curriculum.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides to working there are they preach integrity, empathy and trust. Yet do not show the results of that thinking. I have never seen such poor integrity in a company let alone a school.

      Wonderful staff, great leadership, lots of available technology to utilize

      Cons

      Lots of creating your own curriculum and materials based on state standards vs being provided materials/prewritten curriculum
