      Pros

      Mediums sized company but still allows to build personal relationships with other employees and supervision. Additionally, moving up within the company is very possible if you progress and present skilled labor to the company. Wages are great and they give more than ample hours.

      Cons

      Not much to mention here, but the hours can be long sometimes (60-70 hrs/week)

      Pros

      Small company allowing opportunity to create a functioning procurement department - with terms and conditions, procurement guidelines and effective cost saving initiatives

      Cons

      Being a small company the objective of cost savings and procuring goods and services presented a challenge as field personnel did not want to relinquish control over field procurement
