Company Review - Project Manager STO Building Group Employee Review

Company is trying to be a Tier 1 contractor however they do not have the correct management structure or the correct procedures to enter the Tier 1 market. The company management do not show staff respect and try to apply fit out construction techniques to all construction projects. The managing director does not have any knowledge in heavy construction works and does not appreciate personnel that do not have a fit out background. Overall the company is very toxic and this environment is led by the managing director.
