      Pros

      - great cause, they do work that supports young people. Impact could be increased but the outcomes they work towards are beneficial to the young people they support

      Cons

      - mgmt use “high turnover in this industry” to cover for staff turnover due to burnout - exec don’t support staff or listen to them

      Pros

      Seems like they make some positive changes in kids lives. Good food.

      Cons

      All talk in many areas of the company - lots of green washing and virtue signalling with very little impact. Very poor staff training (if any) to work with highly vulnerable youths.
