Communication throughout the company from above was not consistent. There are a lot of tasks that were added frequently more and more was expected of you and the compensation wasn’t there. The compensation was not there for the technologist. They frequently offered bonuses to new employees to start working for Stric, but they didn’t take care of the people that I have spent years with them.
