Pros
Ample time off; good benefits; some really nice people who I truly loved working with; could be a great mission to get behind if there was more focus on it; SUNY Poly aligns well with what students and families are currently seeking: an affordable, career-focused education
Cons
Priorities were a moving target; I couldn't trust them to pay me correctly or properly administer my benefits; lots of cultural issues and logistic problems; chasing a new pie-in-the-sky idea every few weeks was a major drain on resources
