Pros
I've been working at SUPPLY for nearly four years. It's been my first "real job" out of college, and honestly, I'm not sure I could have picked a better place to get my feet wet in the business world. Everyone here is incredibly supportive and willing to help each other out. We don't have any of the typical "office politics" that plague so many other workplaces. My managers and I have had regular meetings to talk about team vision, company vision, and what I want to learn and do personally. I came in with a very minimal amount of experience but a huge appetite for learning new skills and working hard, and I've been rewarded for my can-do attitude. Quick highlights: - Fantastic managers - Lots of opportunity for growth - Fun, supportive culture - Company has a vision and each person is actively working to achieve it - Bidet seats on the toilets - Plenty of free lunches!
Cons
We move really quickly - we're used to being a small, agile website and we need people who are smart and hard working to jump on board and immediately start being helpful. Our onboarding curve can be rough, especially if you're jumping on to a team that is in the middle of a huge initiative or if you're fresh out of school. We do our best to be really helpful and interactive with the training, but it can be overwhelming. Just remember that your team is here to support you just as much as you're here to support them, and you'll be okay.
