I feel financially secure working here. Metrics are visible to everyone. Transparency and trust are core values that speak volumes. Pay is competitive for work experience and we are rewarded for going above and beyond. Sometimes we are rewarded for making mistakes too, and that is great! Learning is non-stop and always encouraged.

The clients can be difficult at times but management is there to protect the business and employees. Burn out can sneak up rather quickly if left un-checked, so talk to your manager about PTO.

So much potential. People have fun. Sometimes drinks at the office. Most are smart people.

Leadership is corrupt and manipulative. Just read the "stuffed" reviews! The CTO is in with the owner/CEO. And we all think the owner wrote the most recent review for coverups. Just look at the CTO and what's probably the owner talking about even the cons are great?! Everyone is watching and listening for distrust and backstabbers. The work isn't fun and feel bad for some users on the other end. Its all about $$ for a few. It's not right and people are afraid to talk about it with anyone above. Everyone knows and there are a few great managers and people. Don't get me wrong about most of the engineers but is so messed up to have to hide this review because it's such a small office. A few employees thought this needed to be posted. We will see if it is helpful!
