      Cafeteria on location, good benefits package and 401k matching

      Cons

      No personal office for anyone, little to no visibility to upper management, constantly changing organization, difficult to advance career without changing teams as they do not support in place promotions. Salaries low for the area

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
