      Beaurocratic , No voice to employees and high handedness of managers with HR only aligned with management and zero support to employees.

      Cons

      Diversity is name sake. Racism prevails. Need to find out how they got the best employer title in past.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
