      - Toxic work environment, everyone looking out only for themselves. - They are looking to shrink NY office to save cost , losing talent and expertise for less expensive non experienced resources.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
