If you are a senior professional, beware: this company cannot provide the bare minimum tools for you to do your job. They recruited me with big promises, then forced me to work on hardware that literally wouldn't stay turned on. They have a strict 'no personal device' policy, effectively handcuffing you to their outdated, faulty equipment. Instead of taking responsibility for their abysmal IT infrastructure, leadership chose to gaslight me. They terminated my employment without severance, citing 'lack of knowledge' an absurd claim given my 7+ years of success at their top competitor. They would rather humiliate a new hire than admit their company is too cheap to buy a working laptop.
