Let’s don’t kid ourselves, every day isn’t perfect and if you’re looking for that you’re chasing unicorns. However, there’s a strong team / family atmosphere here that can’t be beat. Culture is everything and they have a great culture that fosters individual development. While we work hard they realize that we have lives away from work. Because of that we typically work 4 days a week which gives us plenty of home time if we are traveling. I really get the sense that this is a place that I can grow while being treated fairly.

Company is growing so it's just up from hire on. Still small enough everyone knows each other. Great camaraderie between owners and employees.
