      There really aren’t any pros other than you only work 4 days a week.

      Cons

      Managements so bad that it is as if the employees run the company. You’re only working 4 days, but you’ll probably work 12-13hrs + just to receive a 1300-1500 check every two weeks. The benefits are not really beneficial at all.
