Pros
- Significantly higher than average salary - Strong, positive corporate culture - Bi-annual bonuses, allowances and lots of company events and perks. - Great entry point for someone thinking about corporate to gain experience. - You are rewarded for your loyalty by promotions (they only promote internally). - Management cares about their employees and are generally very supportive
Cons
- Night Shifts are not good for your long-term health. - Just like most (if not all) corporate jobs, can be stressful and might involve long working hours. - If you plan on being in RCM for life, this is perfect however, you can possibly pigeon hole yourself and limit your career growth if you want to swap careers once you exceed 2 to 3 years in RCM so be sure that this is what you want to do. - Great Place to Work award is a sham - don't trust it. Most companies that win it are at best - a mediocre place to work.
