Analysis of primary business Vs Secondary Sales and Payment collection for the particular period. Generate the franchise contribution report. Developing in concerned areas on sample set according to feedback of franchises. Forecasting the booking order targets on basis of value and volume for respective parties. Try to achieve booking order quantities from the dealers at the time of order booking. Regular follow up stock, order processing and ensuring timely deliveries the retailers.
