Railway Focused - Fake Promises and No Career Progression - Civil Engineering Apprentice SYSTRA Employee Review

I have been promised to work in a particular sector and have been put onto a different one with no career progression available. I also experienced mental abuse. It is not a great place to work when you are a woman or an apprentice. This company treats apprentices as technicians even when being on a degree engineering course with no planned support towards the End Point Assessment.
