      Pros

      I was joined here as a fresher. They gave a lot of chances and supports to learn the new technologies. Perfect work life balance. That's why I have worked around 4.6 years. It is a great place for both the freshers and experience's folks who are like to upgrade ourself in the IT industry.

      Cons

      Nothing like that. It's not a right place for the people who are want to sit simply in a team.

      Pros

      One of the worst company i seen with this company. It's fake company, they wil not provide salary properly, Experience candidates please don't choose this company for your career. No management, no staff, 3 to 6 employees only working. but while interview time they will say 30 to 50 emloyees. They don't have to show kind on your career.

      Cons

      They don't have projects, just for sample projects they will hire after 1 or 2 months they will not continue your job. they wont to provide salary also. they will pay second month 10-15th dates. they wont to provide payslips also. if you need any one document you have to ask 5-10 times wiht HR. Worst company for experience candidate's.
