- It is a technology startup run by one person as a kirana shop. - There are completly unprofessional in the way they manage the company. - Be prepared to listen to one person's opinions masqueraded as the judicious opinion of a board of directors. - Prepare yourself to listen to hour longs lectures in which MD claims he knows every influential person on the earth. - Employees are abused like anything. If you are a fresher and don't know how an employee is treated in the software industry you will be treated as dirt (May be that is the reason no experienced person has ever joined this firm). - Don't expect transperancy, accountability from the management. If you are a free spirit and raise any questions be prepared to get your career spoiled or worst get threatened physically. - It is a suicide mission to join this company as an intern. You will have to sweat like a slave, eat your pride and face humiliation everyday for nothing.

Their is no respect for fresher. Work load more. Saturday also have to come even if their is no work. Treat like hell. you cannot decide anything to change the technology even if it is good, you need to follow the rules of head. you cannot share your ideas, if you share, some how it will go to head person and you will get screw very badly. While Leaving the company, you won't get experience certificate easily, you have to beg for that again and again. You cannot argue, even if your right. their is no near by hotels for food at lunch, you need to go 2-3 km. company is located at slum area, only this company is present, due to less amount to be pay. Most of the company are located at kormangala, manyatha tech park, boomanhalli, hsr or btm layout etc. Really waste to join.. no good environment also. afterwords to change company you need to go very long distance for interview, if your searching within bangalore. It is better to search good job than working like hell.
