Pros

Take home vehicle is nice. Get to meet a lot of different people.

Cons

Constantly on the road all day. Pay is commission only (plus bonuses if earned) pay structure keeps changing but does not increase the amount you make. They say to make more you have to sale services. Management is unclear on expectations and acts like they are working with you but no effort is put towards that. There was constant talk of advancement opportunities that would be coming and never do. Have mandatory meetings are not paid also any time you spend in between services you do not get paid for your time. (Even if it takes over a hour)

We appreciate your feedback. Our technicians earn a base pay alongside their commissions. This accounts for the driving time between services and the weekly meeting. Also, commissions percentages and base pay increase the longer you are with the company. We are always striving to improve communication and expectations. We are a growing company and are consistantly looking for talented individuals to put in expanded roles.

Pros

Really great people and a strong culture. I’ve had many opportunities to learn and take on new things, which I appreciate. It’s a fast-moving environment, so you’re never bored, and you get exposure to different parts of the business. Leadership does care about development and giving people opportunities to grow.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, so you have to be comfortable adapting and wearing multiple hats. Because the company is growing, things can evolve quickly, which keeps you on your toes. If you like a super rigid structure, it might take some adjusting.

Pros

Over my three years here, I’ve seen real change in my confidence, skills, and overall direction in life. - Strong culture that encourages growth and accountability. The environment pushes you to improve yourself, take ownership of your work, and recognize your potential. - Clear path for advancement. I started in an entry-level role and have been able to progress to a point where I’m now on a path toward leadership, which shows the company promotes from within. - Supportive leadership and mentorship. The training and guidance I’ve received have helped me develop valuable skills and prepared me for greater responsibility. - Opportunities to build a long-term career, not just work a job. The company invests in its people and gives you the tools and opportunities needed to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. - Increased responsibility and trust over time. As I’ve grown, I’ve been trusted with more, which has helped me develop both professionally and personally.

Cons

• The role requires a high level of self-motivation and accountability. While this creates strong individuals, it can be difficult for those who need more structured guidance early on and it seems to effect turn over rate of employees
