Pros

Great company to work for in Canada with strong leadership and great benefits. Enjoyed working with my team at this company. Interesting R&D projects to work on and develop advanced software product. The company supports professional development, and provides the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technology. A financially strong organization that operates with integrity and leadership in its market. Employees are hardworking, but also friendly and supportive. I received recognition and credit from coworkers and management whenever applicable.

Cons

I can't think of anything.

Pros

Clean, modern building with parking area and some options of leisure/gym.

Cons

Incredibly toxic environment in which the CEO oversees pretty much every single activity carried out in the company. Working there is really like going back to a time where workers were regarded as commodities. Furthermore, employees' actions are under constant surveillance in such a way that any small step not aligned with the strict CEO expectations are viewed with suspicion. Basically, *distrust* is the watchword there. Actually, the CEO can basically watch everything that happens in the building all the time (there are cameras everywhere). Although the toxic atmosphere originates from the CEO, some of the people in high level positions are in consonance with the modus operandi (some of them are the CEO's children). The backward mindset, the arrogance and the myopic view of workplace well-being are so ingrained there that one can catch this overall tone in the manner they answered to some of the negative reviews in this website. Regarding the positive reviews, notice that many of them were published about the same period. While some of them are possibly genuine, it would not surprise me if many of them were in fact a result of an "internal campaign" to improve the company's reputation.
