Pros
You can make a LOT of money if you are committed to the game of selling ADT door-to-door at SHS. You get to drive your car to new homeowners, which means you can work alone all the time. You get great (monthly) bonuses if you are committed and do well.
Cons
No gas reimbursment for the driving you do (which is a lot. the whole job is driving to new homeowners and selling them ADT systems) No base pay. This is told to you before you get hired. They are transparent about this.
