      Pros

      Legitimate facility with ample office space and production floor.

      Cons

      Very strange and hostile environment. At times it felt as if it was a facade- mostly because of the extreme lack of organizational leadership, sales goals and clientele. Literally no serious clients or sales staff and very limited production.

      Pros

      Generally spacious and comfortable facilities. The production area is very clean and organized. Good equipment. Quality products, with a huge growth potential.

      Cons

      Team integration problems. Lack of organization. Many workloads on few people. Indecision and slowness in various processes.
