Horrible owner that micromanages everything and constantly talks badly about other employees behind their back. The work isn't fun and feels bad for some users on the other end. Teamwork and collaboration is non-existent. If you are looking for a place to build your career, be surrounded by a supportive team, feel supported by a strong culture and/or develop then please continue your job hunt. This is not the place for you and you should strongly consider working somewhere else.
