Pros

*Hands down, my co-workers are what kept me going. Developed great relationships with them. We took on challenges and succeeded. Many of them want to make quality products and win over the customer. *Decent opportunties to expand into different roles in same or different departments *You are pushed to excel. Take on crazy challenges in a high stress environment. This can make or break you.

Cons

*Culutre is ok with leaders who are bold, arrogant, and contentious. Not all leaders are this way. *Too much fire fighting and not enough root cause analysis *Departments are in "silo" mentaility due to leadership and culture *Operation leadership is a mix bag. Some are excellent. Others are are more concerned about pushing product out the door while "bulldozing" those around them. *I'm usually not a fan of unions but I can see why there is one at this location. The skilled workers need the collective bargaining and protection.
