Pros

Decent working amenities, spacious bays, good computers and software

Cons

This company deducts pf from salary but doesn't pay it. If employees ask about pf then they are threatened and given low grades. Some of the management were in prison for hacking facebook and personal stuff. But, they were hired despite their criminal background. No room for professional growth. You'll be doing the exact same thing that u did on the first day even after a year or more. Too much favouritism and dirty and petty politics. if an employee, despite being below average, speaks same language as the manager, then he or she becomes a prince or a princess. They get highest grades and increments despite less work that is clearly below average. Manager bribes certain employees with free food, drinks and high grades if those employees spy on their co-workers. This includes reporting in on private phone conversations. Later manager openly claims to have hacked phones and known about the private stuff. So basically, they admit to a crime in front of employees to show their bravado. Some female employees even tried to complain about open sexual harrassment, but the HR apparantly turned a blind eye. Absolutely no transparency. All managers are paid in a month what other employees make in a year. They give positive reviews to themselves on google and other websites using fake accounts. I've seen this first hand.
