Unprofessional and mysogynistic - Head Hunter Sagar Wright Employee Review

Pros

It doesn't exist anymore so you don't need to work there

Cons

Truly the worst company I have ever come across. Lure in graduates with the promise of high pay and commission, but in reality you work long hours for less than minimum wage whilst your managers take your fee. Outdated KPIs of 8 hrs ' outbound call time' a day but it only counts between 9-6 when most headhunts are done in an evening or before work. Managers spend their time moaning about their wives or bragging about their 'conquests'. If you dare to leave, be prepared for a 3 hour exit interview telling you why you'll never get a job anywhere else, followed by a letter forbidding you from coming within 10 miles of the office (even if you leave within the vicinity). Only managers with expensive cars are allowed to use the car park so it gives the right image to prospective candidates. Avoid.

Pros

You’ll get a head start in learning how to deal with misogynistic males with inflated egos

Cons

You can’t park in the carpark unless you have an expensive/fancy car. Pay is less than minimum wage for the hours they make you do and be ‘on call’. Your managers get all your commission until they decide you’ve been there long enough to be allowed to keep it yourself - a carrot they dangle continuously.
