      A few of the people were actually genuine, cared about their job and helping people find jobs

      Cons

      The managing partners were literally terrible. Lack of leadership, communication, no clear expectations, weird things and dynamics going on in the office at all times.

      Pros

      Innovative office space and technology. Fun company functions from time to time. Leave early on Fridays.

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what they are doing. Say one thing, expect another. Zero training, structure, accountability, or development. Lots of attrition either due to bad hires, or the above issues causing people to leave. Practice what you preach.
