Clear direction, transparent growth opportunities, and consistent leadership are priorities for us. While we’re a growing organization and continue to refine processes and communication, we absolutely have long-term plans for the business and we are working hard to ensure expectations around performance cycle (which we have been transforming since December 2025), advancement (which happens during our twice-yearly promotions cycle), and development opportunities (which we offer through a number of internal programs and external platforms) are applied fairly and communicated clearly. It’s troubling that these efforts have not been visible to you, and your experience tells us we need to work harder. At the same time, building a company in a dynamic environment requires navigating ambiguity, and we recognize that this won’t be the right fit for everyone. As we scale, we’re laying solid foundations, strengthening internal structures, and improving clarity and transparency for everyone.
