Pros
This is one of the best companies that I have had the honor to work for. Everyone is friendly & when they say they want you to succeed, they mean it. Opportunity it there, you just have to do your best & seize the moment when it's available. There are fun monthly company activities (sometimes multiple activities a month) & the environment is great! The pay is awesome, they make sure that you know where you stand as far as your growth in your department, & did I mention that they have your back whenever you need anything?
Cons
There is a lot to learn but nothing that can't be done or taught in an efficient manner. I feel more transparency is needed across the board for system updates, etc...
