If you are licensed, they don't want you. They will back train you, and discount all the hard work you did to get your license. The trainer is impatient and rude, especially if someone (with no experience) asks to go back over something. "Like I said before" is said a LOT. I do not recommend working for them if you have experience in home insurance. 98% of their agents are unlicensed, and making changes to policy.
