Some say that the biggest con for them is the low salaries
Cons
"I feel like I am learning a lot and getting good experience working with disabled people", "I'm super close to finishing up my Master's in Social Work and I could not have done it without the team at Sample Supports"

Hi, Thank you for your input. We are pleased to hear that you are having a great experience at Sagility. We at Sagility, are always striving towards continuous improvement and we are glad that you see the value in it as well. We wish you all the best :)
Sagility acquired the company I was actively working for, and I was scared they were going to change things about the job I've loved for years.
Instead, I have PTO for the first time in many years that I can use, and much more robust benefits package that I'm excited to use.
Cons
I have fewer paid holidays, but I have more flexibility with PTO.
lots of tech issues, can't miss a day it will result in a write-up. they want to to empathic to members calling in, but won't be empathic towards you. Kid was sick with hand/food/mouth disease and HR reached out to me saying job abandonment, when I personally reached out to them earlier in the week, They should have communicated within their department.
