While we do acknowledge that there are things we need to work on, we would like to make it clear that all tasks requested from an employee are in the job description and disclosed during the interview. Your specific position included personal errands for some members of management. While there might be some tasks that an employee does not like to do, this is where we expect & encourage open communication to be able to help one another. We are sorry to only learn about this now.
