Sairoop is a wonderful company to work for and has a great work culture. The management is very easy to talk to and they practice an open door policy here. Started working here a few months ago and everyone has been very kind and helped me settle into the new work environment beautifully. It has been an excellent learning experience for me as I get to learn so much more about recruitment, writing blogs and the administrative side of the business.

Sairoop is like a small fish in a big pond and I think it will work to their advantage as they learn from their mistakes and grow their business. Although there will be challenges in the way Sairoop has nothing to lose.

It was wonderful experience working with Sairoop tech. Really nice and very motivating and helpful management. It is very easy to approach them for the doubt and queries and they seriously take and apply good suggestions. Best part that I like working with them was their genuine contribution and suggestion to build their employees career and technical skills. Sairoop rocks...

I didn't find many other than technical breadth as most of the work is in Microsoft technologies but for someone like me, who is in this technology, it is quite a deep technical experience.
