      Maybe the only pro would be being employed?

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees one bit. No matter what department you’re in you’re underpaid, you get NO sick days (that’s right), the management is horrendous. Truly, save yourselves, and work somewhere else.

      Really felt like family working for Salamander, and the financial compensation is definitely worthwhile.

      Cons

      There will be slow seasons and busy seasons, but that is quite common for any career in hospitality.
