Cons
Riddled with resignations and terminations. ZERO training. Inside techs undervalued, underpaid and overworked. Outside techs poorly trained, overworked, no focus of expertise which can make a tech look really bad. You won't get to really know anyone because the turnover rate is rising fast. It is a money first, people dead-last mentality. Poster child company for favoritism. Quick to cut the fat (at employees expense) if numbers are a down a bit. Will throw you under the bus with customers behind your back. Will not support you in any way regardless of your department (Sales, support or service). Chances of advancement are slim to none.
