Pros
Salience was one of the best companies I had ever worked for in the first 5 years, then things changed. The company does NOT make wise business decisions, letting an entire TMS CBO with long time (5-7 years) employees leave. TMS Billing Team worked hybrid remote for years then suddenly given the "leave or return to office". With no raises for several years and the only benefit to working there being the hybrid remote option (insurance costs are OUTRAGEOUS), most left for better jobs where they were treated better and were able to be fully remote. Between no raises, the oldest Kriske continuing to make some of the worst business decisions ever, then the C Level team thinking they can simply do away with the TMS billing team I can't imagine how they think the rest of the company's employees feel valued. Word to them all, you are not, in fact, valued.... you can be gone in an instant and literally no one will care.
Cons
I've always known everyone is replaceable but this company puts some honesty to that.... And for a mental health provider, the way they treat their employees is unbelievable. Believe the other reviews, they are all sadly, true.
