Pros
Casual dress code. Flex hours (for the most part). Café on site (although the food is questionable). Coworkers are friendly and helpful.
Cons
The new CMO/GVP has no clue how to run a department and cannot take any criticism. He does not know how to lead a team or make high level decisions. The entire company is a decade or more late to online business and are now playing catch up. They just had a layoff in April (apparently this happens on a yearly basis) and the company is restructuring, so even if you go above and beyond to do your work, there is always a possibility that you will be on the list of people they cut.
