      The process was quick and clear, but what truly made the difference for me was the recruiting team, which was caring, positive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

      Pros

      Been with Salt for about 6 months now so able to give an accurate review. Strong management from the top down with interest to help demonstrate the value of Salt. Teamwork with other reps, competitive and not cutthroat Technology meets a growing need, API space is growing recognition Great support and SEs are intelligent

      API Security budget still growing Needs more SEs but is actively hiring
